Everything you add to the script is reused in smart lists
Doing things twice is waste
Quite often stage mangers are found adding notes to physical scripts and afterwards adding the same information to lists. Sometimes even copying notes by hand to multiple scripts. It’s wasteful and not adding any quality.

Cuelists
When a cue is added to the script it is automatically added to the cue list. Changes made in the list is updated in the script and vice versa.

Castlist
Rehersal planning is easily done with the updated castlist. Role are added to every page noting if the role has a speaking part or a silent part. You can assign actors to roles for better overview.
